All Health Risk
Assessments and screening tests are performed
on-site. Although we offer a basic health screen
package, HRA content and screening tests can be
customized to accommodate specific needs. All
tests marked with an asterisk (*) are part of
the basic screen.
Basic
HRA's and Wellness Screens Consist of 4 Stations
1. Questionnaire
We administer the
objective portion of the program utilizing
laptop computers. At this station participants
answer questions in the following health
categories.
Diabetes*,
Heart Disease*, Stress*, Cancer*,
Depression*, Nutrition*, Prevention*, and Safety*
2.
Fitness Assessment
This is a list of
the most commonly used fitness tests. Body
fat is measured using the accurate Bioelectric
Impedance Analysis (BIA) method.
Height/Weight*, Body Fat*, Blood Pressure*,
Cardiovascular, Flexibility, Spirometry
3.
Blood Profile
Samples for the
blood profile can be collect either via
venipuncture or fingerstick. If the fingerstick
is used, reports can be made available
immediately following completion of the
stations. Venipuncture is required if
additional tests are needed.
Each participant
receives an individual report either immediately
following the testing process (fingerstick) or
within about 2 weeks following completion of the
testing (venipuncture). Reports are specific to
each individual and their test results. In
addition, the company receives an aggregate
report laying out the health status of their
population as a whole.
