Healthy Populations Program

Detecting risks in a population is only part of the solution. As follow-up to risk detection, we offer customizable risk resolutions options that work directly with your population to create healthy, knowledgeable consumers. 

1. Post-Report Consultations

Following receipt of individual health screening reports, we offer one-on-one consultations with participants to explain the results or their tests and the contents of their report. This educational piece is a vital first step towards true consumerism. Consultations are performed on-site by a registered nurse trained in health counseling.

2. Health Coaching

As a more in depth follow-up, we offer health coaching. This on-going program consists of regular support and counseling for individuals determined to be at high-risk. We also offer coaching to individuals not necessarily "at-risk" as a means to help them stay healthy. Coaching usually takes place over a period of time and includes in-person meetings along with telephonic and email interactions. This is an extremely cost effective program because we work directly with individuals and cases that tend to be very costly when left alone.

3. On-Site Providers

The most comprehensive program we offer is on-site care. With this program we establish an on-site "clinic" at your site. The clinic can consist of a single provider  or a combination of providers (On-Site Providers), depending on the needs of your population. When working directly with a company we are able to customize this program around the culture and needs of each client. As a means of controlling costs and we bill a flat fee that includes all equipment and supplies.
