I just wanted to let you know that I have been working very hard at coaching, setting goals and really making some great lifestyle changes. At my last health screen I was in a moderate overall risk level and my biometric values had gone up from the previous year. This was an "Ah Ha" moment for me and I jumped into the coaching program and have really been workiong hard ( as I mentioned).
I met with my health care provider last week and was able to discontinue my blood pressure medication, lost weight, and improved my lab values. My doctor said to me "I am happy, happy, happy.....what have you been doing!!?"
I told him, "I'm working with this Angel at work, a Health Coach..................." My doctor was very impressed and complimentary. Thank You!

Just wanted to share my view on Interra Health and the health coaching available through them. I got involved with the health coach back in spring in an effort to lose weight. By asking just a small group of questions on my daily diet, she was able to give me advice on how to modify my intake of food (actually increasing the amount I eat). She helped me break through the "barriers" that keep us from attaining health goals. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight so far, but because of Pam's guidance, I started working out to build lean muscle as well.
I am feeling much better both physically and emotionally about myself, have been taken off of my blood pressure medication, and now have a new treadmill and Olympic weight set to keep me on the right path. I think the health coaches are an invaluable asset, and more people should take advantage of their service.
On another note, I see (my employer) is making a concerted effort to lower body fat and lose weight to reduce BMI.

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how pleased I was with the outcome of my Stress Management program with Coach Donna. She really helped me nail down my issues and come up with a plan for resolution. I have to say it’s working wonderfully and I am planning on taking the Nutrition Class program next year.
Donna was very informative and well prepared to assist me when I came to my appointment. Just thought you would like to know!!

I just want to thank you very much for participating in our Healthier You at the Zoo program. Our employees were asked to rate their favorite booth and Interra was second only to the lung display. That is quite a pat on the back. I appreciate the time you gave to us, especially Scott.
The only negative was the long line so we know it was popular.

I just want to say, I’ve had a weight problem for so many years… I have many barriers to overcome, but Nurse Donna is giving me the confidence that I’m needing.. I’m really enjoying the one on one talks with her on nutrition….I’ve known for a long time how to eat and know what I need to do, but I just wasn’t able to put this into place…. I believe the one on one is going to work for me!!!…
I have to say, I wasn’t sure about the nurse choice…but after taking this nutrition program with Donna, I realize she is very knowledgeable and is there to help us….
We are very lucky to have all the support and programs we have here at (employer).We need to take advantage of the tools that are out there for us….and use them for our individual needs…
I guess what I’m trying to say is: I want to thank Nurse Donna for all the help and inspiration she is giving me…..
